When anxiety takes over, we can’t think straight or make decisions, and whatever is causing our anxiety is all we think about. But can we do anything to avoid anxiety? If we find ourselves being controlled by anxiety, what should we do? In this session, we'll learn from Dr. Chinwé Williams, a licensed therapist and author of Beyond the Spiral: Why You Shouldn’t Believe Everything Anxiety Tells You. She has experienced her own season of anxiety, and she’ll help us unpack what anxiety really is and what it isn’t. She’ll also give us pointers on how we can live free from its control.
